Terms and conditions
Month to month membership begins when we conduct our first call together.
Coaching calls are typically done via GoToMeeting.com and recorded for your reference and download in your private members page of the Extreme Real Estate Investors website.
You will receive 4 (FOUR) 1 (ONE) hour calls per month in which we will discuss the real estate business. We tailor each one-on-one training uniquely for the person we are working with. No two sessions or students will experience the same call(s) or results.
Refunds: The time I invest with you on your calls is not something you can give back therefore should you decide to cancel mid cycle, you may do so and will receive a prorated refund for coaching call time book and paid for but not yet used. Any material(s) you buy such as but not limited to; the training manual, marketing package, marketing services etc. are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of their purchase.
